After years of dedicated service as Owner and CEO, Brian Blodgett has chosen to step away from day‑to‑day leadership to pursue expanding opportunities in executive consulting. In recent years, Brian’s expertise has been increasingly sought by organizations looking for strategic guidance in executive leadership and development, and he is already partnering with several groups in this capacity. As his consulting work continues to grow, this transition allows him to focus fully on supporting organizations seeking strategic leadership guidance, while ensuring NGT remains centered on its core mission of building and supporting IT systems. Brian’s influence and leadership will continue to guide our direction well into the future.
With Brian’s transition, Nick Hartman will be stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer. Nick has been a trusted operational leader within the organization, known for his clarity, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence. His experience in organizational leadership, training, and cross‑department collaboration positions him well to guide NGT into its next chapter. He will be supported by the multifaceted leadership team he has been leading and developing over the past several months.
This transition will be carried out with full transparency and continuity to ensure ongoing stability for our clients, partners, and team members. Brian will remain available during the handoff period to support a smooth and effective transition beginning January 1, 2026.
