NinjaOne Remote Quick Session – Terms & Conditions

By initiating or accepting a NinjaOne Remote Quick Session with Next Generation Technologies (“NGT”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Purpose of Access
    NinjaOne Remote Quick Sessions are used solely to provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, or assistance as requested by the user.
  2. User Consent
    A remote session is only established after the user explicitly initiates or approves the connection. Users may end the session at any time.
  3. Session Visibility & Control
    During the session, NGT technicians may view and interact with the user’s device to resolve the reported issue. Actions taken are limited to support‑related activities.
  4. Data Access & Privacy
    NGT does not intentionally access, collect, or store personal or confidential data beyond what is necessary to provide support. Users are encouraged to close sensitive applications or documents prior to the session.
  5. Session Logging & Monitoring
    For security, auditing, and quality purposes, session metadata (such as connection time and technician identity) may be logged. Session content is not recorded unless required for troubleshooting or compliance.
  6. User Responsibility
    The user is responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization to request support on the device and for maintaining backups of critical data.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    While NGT takes reasonable precautions to protect systems and data, NGT is not liable for pre‑existing issues, data loss, or damages not directly caused by gross negligence during the remote session.
  8. Acceptance of Terms
    By proceeding with a NinjaOne Remote Quick Session, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
