Q&A’s for Jason:

Q: Who inspires you and what about them is inspiring?
A: Hard working people. My dad has always been one to do whatever he has needed to do to get the work done.

Q: Where’s your favorite place in the world and why?
A: Can’t say I have a favorite place, but I do like going to new places and seeing what is out there. I enjoy going to the lake in the summer. Farming in the spring and summer is very enjoyable.

Q: What’s the coolest thing you are working on right now?
A: Our KPI’s as Management, we are trying to gather information to help see some trends and get some better outcomes. 

Q: Describe the best meal you’ve ever had:
A: A good steak is always a good option

Q: If you could visit anywhere in the world that you’ve never been, where would you go and why?
A: Hawaii – I would love to be able to take the family there someday. My son, Carter, really wants to see Pearl Harbor.

Q: What’s the most helpful way for you to get feedback?
A: Telling me in person or in a note, I’m okay with either.

Q: How old is the oldest pair of shoes in your closet? Describe the shoes.
A: Would be my wife’s shoes. There’s a lot of them. 😉 

Q: What are three things still left on your bucket list?
A: Skydiving, bungee jumping, and traveling more.

Q: What’s one accomplishment in your career that you’re most proud of?
A: Watching NGT grow from me being the first full-time employee to where we are now. Also, being part of the team we are building here. 

Q: What is a time that you failed, but learned an invaluable lesson—explain:
A: Not sure I would say “failed”, but an invaluable lesson: having kids and learning how to adapt and roll with the punches as they have grown and changed. Also, schedule changes and being able to adapt like I have to do with work also.

Q: How do you rely on others to make you better?
A: Being part of a team. Each person is important in some sort of role. Not everyone can b an expert in everything, but as a team we can.
